Bio-resistant, water soluble semi-synthetic fluid designed for machining and grinding operations on ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.
BONDERITE® L-MR B-400 is a bio-resistant, high oil content, semi-synthetic fluid engineered for use in moderate duty machining & grinding applications of ferrous and aluminum alloys. It's unique combination of lubricity additives and cooling characteristics provide exceptional performance in light to moderate duty metal removal operations.
High lubricity provides excellent versatility in most machining and grinding applications. Bio-resistant technology eliminates the need for tank-side additives and "Monday morning" odors. Excellent tramp oil rejection for easy removal and increased solution longevity. Less product consumption due to the superb wetting and emulsion properties.

Applications
Designed for use in areas where moderate water quality (100 - 300 ppm hardness) or process requirements make foam difficult to control. Excellent for medium duty ferrous or nonferrous machining.
The cost of equipment is 10x more expensive than the actual fluid, so it's important to protect your machinery! Bonderite® L-MR cutting fluids have a level of detergency so the fluid is constantly cleaning the tools and machinery with no additives needed.
