BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON
BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON is a graphite-based dry film lubricant that provides long-wearing lubrication to various substrates.
BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON (previously known as Dag 154) is a solvent-based, colloidal graphite dry film lubricant that air dries rapidly at room temperature, making it an efficient solution for quick-turnaround applications. It boasts high adhesion to most substrates, a feature that enables a strong bond without the need for extensive surface preparation, which simplifies the application process. This lubricant forms a thin, lubricious coating, ensuring clean, long-wearing lubrication that enhances the longevity and performance of the component part. Its application versatility is highlighted by its ease of use during manufacturing or assembly, employing various methods such as spraying, brushing, or dipping, which allows for flexibility in diverse industrial settings. Furthermore, BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON exhibits unique conductivity characteristics, making it suitable as a resistance coating to impart electrical conductivity and release properties to nonconductive materials, such as plastic. It is often specified in electronic applications, and when blended with BONDERITE® L-GP M 210 ACHESON, a molybdenum disulfide insulating coating, it can produce cost-effective sheet resistance variations, providing a tailored approach to meeting specific resistance requirements.
