BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON
BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON is an aerosol, graphite-based lubricant that demonstrates excellent dry film lubrication and electrical properties.
BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON (previously known as AERODAG G) is an aerosol lubricant that forms a dry film coating with exceptional lubrication and electrical performance. It is formulated with refined graphite particles dispersed in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a specialized thermoplastic resin binder system. Because of its solvent and aerosol form, BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON dries rapidly at room temperature, providing convenient application without the need for additional heat sources. It is easy to spray apply, and adheres to various substrates, including metals, glass, and plastics, with minimal surface preparation, which further enhances its versatility and usability in diverse industrial applications. The refined graphite particles ensure a uniform and smooth coating that maximizes electrical conductivity. Additionally, its high lubricity reduces wear and friction between moving components, thus enhancing the durability of the parts and extending their lifespan. Because of its excellent adhesion to most plastics, high lubricity, and electrical performance, BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON is often used in the design of lightweight electrical and electronic parts like connectors or switches.
BONDERITE® L-GP G ACHESON is also available in a non-aerosolized, liquid concentrate form, called BONDERITE® L-GP 154 ACHESON, that is suitable for general lubrication applications.
