BONDERITE® L-FG 151
Water-based forging lubricant with lead-free glass frit dispersion used for hot forging super alloys and stainless steels.
Bonderite® L-FG 151 Acheson (previously known as Acheson Deltaglaze 51) is a dispersion of glass frit in a water-based lubricant for hot forging applications. Recommended for super alloys and stainless steel substrates being forged.
Bonderite® L-FG 151 Acheson is supplied as a concentrate and may be diluted with water or used as is. Spraying is the recommended form of application, but dipping can also provide successful performance.
Lubrication plays an important role in increasing the productivity and profitability of a forging operation. BONDERITE® forging lubricants from Henkel® are a complete line of products for hot, warm, and precision forging to ensure you are maximizing profits.
