Water based, graphite containing die lubricant for complex press work and automated hot/warm/precision forging operations.
BONDERITE® L-FG F-50 Acheson is a water based, graphite die lubricant engineered for spray or flood operations in forging processes. It’s proprietary combination of graphite particle size and specialized binder provides excellent lubricity and release while allowing for faster wetting, longer die life and higher dilution ratios.
Excellent dispersion stability resulting in little or no settling in the concentrate. Micro-fine graphite and proprietary binder chemistry produces faster substrate wetting. Offers higher dilution ratios and longer die life. Excellent lubricity and release. Less billet material needed. Wets dies up to 371°C (700°F). Increased die life resulting in lower overall cost per forging.
