Bonderite® L-GP 154 RFU (previously known as DAG 154 RFU) is a ready-for-use dry film lubricant with specially processed colloidal graphite. Bonderite® L-GP 154 RFU provides excellent surface coverage and rapidly air dries on most substrates with minimal surface preparation.
Bonderite® L-GP 154 RFU provides conductivity and excellent release properties for many non-conductive substrates, including plastics.
Typical properties as cured film: Color: Black Coefficient of friction: 0.19 static Service temperature - continuous: 204°C (400°F) Sheet resistance: < 2400 ohms/sq @ 25 μm (1 mil) dry film thickness
