BONDERITE® L-MR B-200
BONDERITE® L-MR B-200 is a bio-resistant, medium-oil-content, semi-synthetic machining and grinding fluid for ferrous and aluminum alloys.
BONDERITE® L-MR B-200 (also known as MULTAN B-200) is a semi-synthetic, medium-oil-content machining and grinding fluid for ferrous and most aluminum alloys. Its unique combination of lubricity additives and cooling ability makes it ideal for light-duty non-ferrous machining to moderate-duty ferrous machining and grinding applications. Additionally, it is formulated with bio-resistant additives, eliminating the necessity for tank-side biocides and protecting the sump from nasty odors and biofouling.
Its superior wetting and emulsion performance ensures a cleaner system and operation, resulting in less product consumption and reduced downtime. This contributes to operational efficiency by minimizing maintenance needs and enhancing machine performance. BONDERITE® L-MR B-200 is especially well suited for cast iron and steel applications where lubricity, bio- resistance, cleanliness, and cooling performance are critical. Furthermore, its advanced formulation provides a stable emulsion, ensuring long-term effectiveness and reliability in various machining environments. The recommended starting dilution is 5% to 10%, depending on the machining operation.
