BONDERITE® L-GP 2420 ACHESON is a solvent-based, graphite dry film lubricant that penetrates and dries rapidly to form a protective film on metal substrates.
BONDERITE® L-GP 2420 ACHESON (previously known as DAG 2420) is a dry film lubricant that penetrates tight tolerances and dries quickly to form a durable, lubricating film. It is composed of superfine graphite particles suspended in an odorless, aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent, which ensures a consistent, smooth application. This composition greatly reduces friction and wear, effectively preventing the seizure of mating surfaces and ensuring a heightened level of operational efficiency across numerous applications. The low residue buildup characteristic of BONDERITE® L-GP 2420 ACHESON is particularly beneficial, providing exceptional performance within bakery chain and conveyor chain operations. Moreover, it comes ready to use, requiring minimal surface preparation, and can be easily applied using a spray system, brush, or dip methods, offering versatility and convenience in application processes. Its quick curing, penetrating nature allows for rapid project completion, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity.
