BONDERITE® L-CA CP 786 ACHESON

BONDERITE® L-CA CP 786 ACHESON (also known as Deltacast CP-786) is a water-free, ready-for-use lubricant designed to be used as a release agent in oil-spray applications for aluminum and magnesium high-pressure die casting. It demonstrates superior release properties and exceptional wetting performance at high temperatures, improving process efficiencies. This release agent has a wide wetting range, from ambient temperature to 400 °C, with minimal buildup on the dies. Additionally, it is noncorrosive on machinery in direct contact with the lubricant. Its resistance to bacterial fouling ensures the working environment remains hygienic, avoiding the common pitfalls associated with water-based products.
