BONDERITE® L-FM 727 R

BONDERITE® L-FM 727 ACHESON (also called BONDERLUBE 727) is a lubricant used on bonderized aluminum and steel during cold forming procedures, such as tube drawing, extrusion, and cold heading. BONDERITE® L-FM 727 ACHESON is a high melting point and film strength lubricant, and absorbs into the BONDERITE® conversion coating to form a multi-layer lubricating film. This lubricant film facilitates cold deformation by eliminating die contact, preventing wear, increasing forming speeds, improving surface finish, decreasing the tool temperature, lowering the defect rate, and reducing the chance of blistering during heat treatment. BONDERITE® L-FM 727 R ACHESON (known as BONDERLUBE 727 REPLENISHING) is intended to replenish the solution concentration of BONDERITE® L-FM 727 ACHESON. Ideally, the solution concentration of BONDERITE® L-FM 727 ACHESON should be maintained with small, frequent additions of BONDERITE® L-FM 727 R ACHESON.
