BONDERITE® L-FM F 7160 ACHESON (previously known as MULTAN F 7160) is a water-soluble, synthetic lubricant designed for light to heavy forming operations. It is suitable for anything from stamping and piercing to deep bending and progressive dies, making it an ideal lubricant for manufacturing various parts, including automotive wheels, appliances, baskets and exhaust tubing. It is compatible with a wide array of alloys, including steel, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, and yellow alloys like copper and brass. This versatile lubricant is especially well suited for medium to heavy forming processes with ferrous metals, ensuring high performance in demanding manufacturing operations. Along with providing temporary corrosion protection, the synthetic nature of BONDERITE® L-FM F 7160 ACHESON allows for a cleaner operating system and easily removed residues.
