Reactive Lubricant for Metal Forming Operations On Zinc-Phosphate Coated Steel (160° to 190°F).
BONDERITE® L-FM 235 (previously known as BONDERLUBE 235) is a reactive, powdered lubricant for use on phosphated steel surfaces prior to metal cold forming operations. BONDERITE® L-FM 235 provides exceptionally strong film strength and superior corrosion prevention.
Free Acid (Free Alkali): 0.5 to 0.3 points
Babcock Number: 1.8 to 2.2 points
Temperature: 160° to 190°F
Immersion Time: 3 to 5 minutes
Appearance: Powder

BONDERITE® L-FM 235 dosage rates will vary dependent on substrate, operation type and more. A recommended starting point for bath preparation per 100 gallons is below:
