PARALOID™ EXL 5137 is a high-efficient optical properties modifier designed for engineering resins. PARALOID™ EXL 5137 decreases the gloss of a finished product without affecting the polymer's mechanical properties. Incorporating PARALOID™ EXL 5137 can reduce gloss by 50% with a level of just 5% for polycarbonate applications. The structure of this optical properties modifier contributes to cost efficiency when a matte surface is required by eliminating the need for additional coatings or textured tools.
