PARALOID™ EXL 2650J is a general-purpose MBS modifier that disperses easily in a variety of engineering resin systems and provides low-temperature impact properties.
Dow PARALOID™ EXL impact modifier additives help with lower-temperature toughness and reduce melt viscosity for engineering resins. Dow PARALOID™ EXL 2650J is an MBS core-shell impact modifier that increases the ductility of plastic injection molding applications. PARALOID™ EXL 2650J helps engineering resins, such as polycarbonate (PC), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), and PC blends, such as PC/PET, PC/PBT, and PC/ABS. As an impact modifier, the EXL additives from Dow offer well-defined core-shell particle sizes that are not influenced by compounding conditions. PARALOID™ EXL 2650J improves the impact strength in thick sections of engineering resins that are typically notch sensitive and brittle.
