Dianal TB-143
Dianal TB-143 is an acrylic bead resin engineered to provide excellent adhesion on metal substrates. It is typically used in coating and ink applications.
Dianal TB-143 is a solid-bead acrylic resin used as a binder to create films with outstanding adhesion to cold rolled steel, zinc–phosphate steel, copper, and tin substrates. Like other Dianal acrylic resins, Dianal TB-143 forms films with a high degree of hardness and toughness while maintaining good flexibility for applying to flexible substrates. It has a modest acid number of 9 mg KOH per gram of resin, giving it increased pigment dispersing capabilities. Dianal TB-143 forms films that are highly resistant to weathering, yellowing due to UV exposure, moisture, and attack from dilute acids and bases. It is mainly used in coating and ink applications that are applied to metal substrates, which typically have low surface energies.
