Lycopene 10% DC/AF
Lycopene 10% DC/AF is a microencapsulated beadlet powder standardized to 10% lycopene. It is used in water-based applications, such as tablets, hard-shell capsules, juices, smoothies, desserts, and more.
This 10% lycopene grade contains finely dispersed lycopene microencapsulated in a matrix of starch and antioxidants DL-alpha-tocopherol and sodium ascorbate. It is standardized to 10% lycopene for ingredient consistency.

Applications
Lycopene can only be used as a dietary supplement in products sold in the US. It may only be used as an alternative to yellow-orange food coloring in products sold in the EU.
This grade is suitable for tablets, hard-shell capsules, gummies, premixes, fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, yogurts, ice cream, fondant, and sausages.
