Lutein 20% SAF
Lutein 20% SAF is a liquid oil suspension in safflower oil standardized to 20% lutein and 1%–2% zeaxanthin. It is ideal for oil-based food products and nutraceuticals.
This 20% lutein liquid suspension contains natural micronized crystals of free lutein and zeaxanthin (natural and nonesterified) extracted from marigold flowers dispersed in a matrix of safflower oil. DL-alpha-tocopherol is added as an antioxidant to maintain product quality over the shelf life.
