Natural Beta-Carotene 30% Sun/N is a suspension of sunflower oil containing crystals of beta-carotene. It is used for provitamin A fortification and as a coloring agent in fat-based food, beverage, and supplement products.
This 30% beta-carotene liquid grade consists of a suspension containing micronized crystals of naturally sourced beta-carotene dispersed in sunflower oil. It imparts a vibrant and heat-stable yellow-orange-to-orange color in fat-based products.

Applications
Natural Beta-Carotene 30% Sun/N can be used as a coloring agent or provitamin A in fat-based products, including margarine, oil, butter, cheese, ice cream, mayonnaise, whipped toppings, salad dressings, sauces, bakery products, and creamy soups. It is also ideal for use in softgel nutraceutical applications. This grade is not suitable for beverages, tablets, and hard-shell capsules.
