Bak-klene® Bread Classic is a specialized baking oil designed to improve the speed and efficiency of baking processes by preventing the adherence of bread products to baking surfaces and ensuring an easy, clean release. It can be easily applied with a brush or spray equipment, imparting products with a naturally golden-brown color and neutral flavor to preserve their original taste. Formulated with a high-quality blend of soybean and mineral oil, this release agent creates a uniform, nonstick barrier between bread pans and baking products, preventing adhesion and extending glaze life up to one year.
Bak-klene® Bread Classic is kosher certified and has no hydrogenated oils or sodium. It does not impart any calories to finished products. Bak-klene® Bread Classic is also available in a lecithin-free formula.
