Bak-klene® Cake Premium is an easy-to-use, spray-on release oil coating for bakery food preparation. It easily coats baking pans to prevent products from sticking and ensure easy cleanup. Containing a blend of vegetable oils, wheat starch, soy lecithin, cottonseed flakes, and a natural buttery flavor, this baking oil enhances the buttery taste of products such as bread, yeast products, and high-sugar doughs.
