Krytox™ XHT-S Grease
Krytox™ XHT-S is an NLGI Grade 2 PFPE-based lubricating grease with a PTFE thickener that exhibits very high thermal stability, up to 300°C, and a base oil viscosity of 500 cSt at 40°C.
Krytox™ XHT-S is a high-performance PFPE-based grease for applications with extremely high temperatures, up to 300°C (572°F). This multifunctional, extreme-pressure lubricating oil does not contain additional performance additives and is completely inert, making Krytox™ XHT-S an ideal lubricant when there is a potential for chemical–lubricant interaction between process steps.
Krytox™ XHT-S provides incredibly durable performance in extreme environments where traditional lubricants degrade or entirely evaporate. Krytox™ XHT-S is formulated for a variety of industries with typical applications, including valve, bearing and gasket lubrication, welding machines, and textile equipment.
