Dianal TB-322 is an innovative thermoplastic acrylic resin produced by Mitsubishi Chemical Group for use as a binder in various coating, ink, and adhesive applications. It adheres well to metal substrates, forming a durable, flexible film with resistance to outdoor weathering and damage.
Dianal TB-322 is an advanced resin blend of methyl methacrylate and butyl methacrylate polymers for exceptional binding and film-forming performance in adhesive, ink, and coating formulations. It exhibits enhanced adhesion to metal substrates, such as brass, aluminum, steel, zinc, copper, and tin, forming a durable film with excellent flexibility, clarity, and weather resistance. It is especially suitable for printing inks, industrial coatings, coil coatings, transportation finishes, and structural adhesives. Dianal TB-322 is soluble in many common solvent types, including ketones, esters, and aromatics, forming a water-white-clear system with low solution viscosity.
