BONDERITE® M-CR 1600 is a concentrated two-part surface treatment that produces a chromate conversion coating for aluminum surfaces when applied using immersion or spray application methods. BONDERITE® M-CR 1600 has an operating temperature of 50°F to 130°F.

BONDERITE® M-CR 1600 is a two-part chemical conversion coating recommended for treating aluminum and its alloys. It provides enhanced corrosion resistance and improved bonding for paint on equipment surfaces. Applied using immersion or spray processing, this protective coating forms a thin protective layer with a light iridescent gold to gold tan color.

pH: 1.5─2.1
Temperature: 50°F─130°F (15°C─54°C)
Time: 1─5 minutes
