Overview
BONDERITE® M-NT 2 is a high-quality phosphate-free metal pre-treatment specially formulated by Henkel for the treatment of steel, zinc, and aluminum to enhance the adhesion of paint applications and improve the corrosion resistance of surfaces even at low temperatures. Its advanced zirconium-based formulation provides enhanced temperature stability with no freeze-thaw wanting, ensuring adequate performance as a replacement for conventional iron phosphate conversion coatings. BONDERITE® M-NT 2 can be applied using immersion or spray application under ambient conditions followed by a rinse of deionized or reverse osmosis water.
