HiTEC® 33200 is a highly shear-stable olefin copolymer viscosity index improver for gear oil formulations.
HiTEC® 33200 is an olefin copolymer (OCP) viscosity index improver that provides effective viscosity control in gear oils at an efficient treat rate. This additive enhances the performance of gear oils by ensuring they operate seamlessly over a wide temperature range. Because of its high shear stability, it is a suitable and economical replacement for thickeners based on polyisobutylene (PIB). HiTEC® 33200 can also replace high-viscosity synthetic base oils in axle fluids and other high-load lubricant formulations, offering a more cost-effective and equally efficient solution.
