BONDERITE® M-CR 600 is a powdered chromate conversion coating primarily recommended for the coating of aluminum and aluminum alloys in various applications. BONDERITE® M-CR 600 meets the requirements of MIL-DTL-81706 and MIL-DTL-5541 coatings.

BONDERITE® M-CR 600 is a high-quality conversion coating available in powdered form without any complex cyanides. Formulated by Henkel, this coating is recommended for immersion, spray, or brush application and offers an operating temperature of 70°F to 100°F. Upon use, this coating forms a thin protective layer on aluminum metal surfaces, enhancing paint adhesion and preventing the corrosion of metal.
Concentration (immersion/spray): 8.0─11.0 ml
Concentration (brush): 12.5─15.5 ml
Temperature: 70°F─100°F
Time (immersion): 1─5 minutes
Time (spray/brush): 3─10 minutes
pH: 1.5─2.0
