BONDERITE® M-NT 1
BONDERITE® M-NT 1 is a phosphate-free metal pre-treatment for steel, zinc, and aluminum with a concentration absorbance of 0.27 to 0.38 at 500 nm. It provides an effective alternative to traditional iron phosphate conversion coatings.
BONDERITE® M-NT 1 is an advanced metal reactive conversion coating solution specifically recommended to treat steel, aluminum, and zinc metal surfaces. Formulated with zirconium-based nanotechnology free of phosphates, regulated heavy metals, and all organic compounds, this pretreatment liquid serves as an excellent alternative to traditional iron phosphate coatings capable of running at low temperatures. BONDERITE® M-NT 1 can be applied using spray or immersion processing with no necessary heating, followed by a rinse of deionized or reverse osmosis water. Upon use, it helps to ensure improved adhesion for all types of paint applications in addition to enhanced corrosion resistance.
