BONDERITE® M-NT 41042 is an innovative phosphate-free conversion coating formulated to treat metal surfaces such as ferrous materials, aluminum, and zinc alloys with an operating temperature of 80°F to 120°F.
BONDERITE® M-NT 41042 is a phosphate-free metal pre-treatment formulated to provide simultaneous cleaning and coating of metal surfaces. It is suitable for use on aluminum, zinc, and ferrous metal alloys, acting as an adequate replacement for iron phosphate alternatives. This conversion layer can be applied using a spray system and provides an exceptional base for powdered, liquid, or electrophoretic paints, enhancing bonding for appliances, metal furniture, and plate articles.
