Born2Bond™ TA-22 is a purple, low strength, thread locking adhesive that is specifically designed for securing threaded fasteners up to M20.
Born2Bond™ TA-22 is a versatile, reliable threadlocking adhesive solution specially designed to lock and secure threaded fasteners that require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. This medium-strength anaerobic adhesive is suitable for preventative maintenance, eliminating the cost and inconvenience of holding extensive inventory by filling voids for a cohesive 100% surface-to-surface connection of parts.
The curing time for Born2Bond™ TA-22 thread locking agent depends on factors such as temperature, gap size, and substrate materials. It provides a quick fixture within 20 minutes, fully curing after 12 hours. Born2Bond™ TA-22 withstands damage and loosening when subjected to extreme vibrations, chemical substances, and temperatures ranging from −55°C to 180°C. It is the ideal choice for applications in industries with demanding conditions, such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and manufacturing.
