LOCTITE® 638
LOCTITE® 638 is a high-strength retaining compound designed for bonding cylindrical parts in demanding environmentas. It ensures reliable performance in applications with high loads and extreme temperatures, preventing wear and loosening.
LOCTITE® 638 is a premium, high-strength retaining compound specifically engineered to bond cylindrical metal components. Its advanced formula ensures optimal performance in high-temperature environments (up to +150°C), as well as in assemblies that are exposed to shock, vibration, or heavy loads. LOCTITE® 638 cures anaerobically, forming a tough, rigid bond between closely fitted parts, making it ideal for retaining gears, pulley, bearings, and bushings.
This adhesive is highly resistant to a wide range of chemicals, including oils, fuels, and other industrial fluids, ensuring long-lasting retention. LOCTITE® 638 in known for its gap-filling properties, which make it effective even when slight surface imperfections are present between components.
