BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON is a resin-bonded, fluorocarbon lubricant coating that provides superior dry film lubrication for various industrial and consumer applications.
BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON (also known as EMRALON 330) is a dispersion of fluorocarbon in solvent, bonded to a thermosetting binder. It dries quickly to form a low-friction coating free of stick-slip characteristics, ensuring the smooth operation of numerous mechanical components. This one-package product produces a durable, dry film lubrication film to protect various mechanical parts from wear and tear, significantly enhancing their lifespan and reducing maintenance needs. It is suitable for various metal substrates, including steel and aluminum, and is resistant to most oils and chemicals, offering versatile protection in harsh environments. BONDERITE® S-FN 330 ACHESON should be spray applied to achieve a uniform coating with optimal performance, maximizing its effectiveness by ensuring thorough coverage and consistency. To obtain maximum smoothness, the product can be diluted with methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) in a ratio of three parts product to one part solvent. Additionally, its quick-drying properties mean it minimizes downtime in production processes, making it an efficient solution for industrial applications.
