Overview
4QUAT™ is effective on organic soil tolerance for industrial, dairy, food handling and process areas. In-addition, 4QUAT is also USDA approved for usage in federally inspected meat and poultry plants, small fly ovicidal treatment, and effective in mushroom farm sanitation. It also can be used in general cleaning and disinfection in hospitals and health care facilities.
4QUAT™ provide an excellent performance for use in food contact and non food contact hard surface sanitization. It is effective on a broad range of bacterial contaminants with a kill rate of 1 minute at different level uses based on the bacteria types.
4QUAT™ also provide excellent virucidal performance such as Hepatitis C virus, West Nile virus, SARS, MERS and some rhinoviruses. Most recently, the product was sub-registered of EPA’s newly expanded list of disinfectant products that have qualified for use against SARS-CoV-2, causative agent of COVID-19.

Food Contact Sanitizing Performance:
- Effectiveness in 1 minute at 200 ppm (active) use level against the following bacteria types: Aeromonas hydrophila, Campylobacter jejuni, Clostridium perfringens-vegetative, Escherichia coli, Escherichia coli O157:H7, Escherichia coli O111: H8, Enterobacter sakazakii, Listeria monocytogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Salmonella enterica, Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus Methicillin Resistant, Streptococcus pyogenes, Yersinia enterocolitica
- Effectiveness in 1 minute at 150 ppm (active) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureu and at 400 ppm (active) against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus
Non-Food Contact Sanitizing Performance:
- Effective one step sanitizer in 3 minutes at 150 ppm (active) on on hard, non-porous surfaces against Staphylococcus aureus and Klebsiella pneumoniae
Virucidal Performance:
- Effectiveness in 10 minutes at 450 ppm (active) and 5% soil on hard and non-porous surfaces against Avian Influenza A Virus, Avian Influenza/Turkey/Wisconsin Virus, Human Coronavirus, Hepatitis B Virus, Hepatitis C Virus, Herpes Simplex Type1 Virus, Herpes Simplex Type 2 Virus, Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1‡, Influenza A (H1N1) Virus, Influenza A2/Hong Kong Virus, Influenza A2/J305 Virus, Norovirus, Vaccinia Virus
