Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S is a gum fluoropolymer with outstanding resistance to harsh fluids. Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S is the material of choice for products exposed to highly caustic solutions and amines.
Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S is a fluoroelastomer gum manufactured using Advanced Polymer Architecture (APA) technology. Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S has 67% fluorine content and is composed of ethylene perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether) (PMVE) and tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) with a peroxide cure site monomer.
In addition to the high-temperature resistance, Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S offers excellent protection against acids, hydrocarbons, esters, ketones, aldehydes, and high-pH fluids. Viton™ Extreme ETP-600S is used in highly demanding applications requiring exceptional chemical and high-temperature resistance.
