Bostik® 920 is a high-quality urethane-based adhesive sealant for maritime applications with high elongation, excellent stability, and resistance to harsh environments and exposure to UV and saltwater. It has a 70-minute work life and fully cures in three to six days.
Bostik® 920 is a one-component polyurethane adhesive sealant designed for marine-grade applications that fall both above and below the water line. Bostik® 920 provides exceptional durability in harsh environmental conditions, resisting damage to seals from weathering, UV, water, and extreme temperature fluctuations common in harsh maritime conditions.
Bostik® 920 exhibits a longer tack-free time of six hours and cures fully within three to six days at 77°F to allow for more adjustment time. With a tensile stress at break of 180 psi and a very high elongation of 950%, Bostik® 920 delivers a flexible seal compatible with many substrates, including virtually all woods, metals, and FRPs and most plastics.
