BONDERITE® C-MC 2235 is an alkaline maintenance cleaner for automotive and general industrial cleaning needs.
BONDERITE® C-MC 2235 (also known as Parco Maintenance Cleaner 2235) is a blue, alkaline cleaner for automotive and industrial general maintenance cleaning. BONDERITE® C-MC 2235 is a liquid concentrate that needs to be diluted with water before use. The recommended concentration varies based on the application. Contact us for more information. We have provided some recommended concentrations below.
Concentration by volume based on cleaning application (%): Tile Floor Cleaning: 5 to 15 Tile Floor Cleaning (Wax Removal): 25 to 50 Wood Floor Cleaning: Not Suitable Floor Cleaning, with Mobile Equipment: 5 to 15 Lighting Fixtures: 1 to 2 Metal Office Furniture: 2 to 5 Painted surfaces (Walls and Ceilings): 1 to 2 Plastics and Plexiglas: Not suitable Stationary Equipment (i.e. Machines and Machine Tools): 10 to 50 Window Glass: 0.5 to 1

*BONDERITE® C-MC 2235 can be used to clean quality maintenance paints, with the exception of a few water-based paints. It is recommended to test BONDERITE® C-MC 2235 on a small area first if water-based paint is being cleaned.
