MOLYKOTE® G-1021 Synthetic Automotive Grease
MOLYKOTE® G-1021 Synthetic Automotive Grease is an NLGI Grade 2 polyalphaolefin-based (PAO) grease with a lithium soap thickener for applications with low start-up temperatures.
MOLYKOTE® G-1021 is a specialty synthetic grease comprised of a polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil and a lithium soap thickener that delivers long-lasting lubrication and protection. MOLYKOTE® G-1021 synthetic grease is particularly well suited for applications with extreme-low-temperature exposure and can operate in a wide temperature range of −55°C to 150°C (−67°F to 302°F). MOLYKOTE® G-1021 is a flexible, multipurpose grease that is phenomenal for plastic-on-plastic and plastic-on-metal interfaces.
MOLYKOTE® G-1021 can also be used where running frictional resistance at low temperatures is required. MOLYKOTE® G-1021 grease solves issues of high plastic wear and difficulty of equipment start-up due to high frictional resistances. MOLYKOTE® G-1021 can be applied using conventional grease application methods, including brushes, grease guns, and automatic dispensing equipment.
