BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 (also known as ACHESON RH-200) is a high-quality, water-based graphite dispersion with excellent release performance in aluminum permanent mold casting. BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 is a soft, black paste formulated with water, silica, and solid graphite particles that forms a smooth, continuous film for extended wear life.

Applications
BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 should be diluted with water and applied via standard spraying techniques for best results. A recommended starting dilution ratio is (1:4) BONDERITE® to water. BONDERITE® L-CA RH 200 concentrate should be agitated prior to and while being diluted. It is also recommended that the surface area be cleaned prior to application and be pre-heated to at least 200°F (93°C) to ensure fast evaporation and good coating adhesion.
