Overview
SoyGold® 1100 is a fully bio-based soy methyl ester solvent produced from 100% natural whole soybean oil. This grade is single distilled with no additives. It is an effective solvent when used alone but highly compatible with other commonly used solvents.
Due to its low VOCs (as tested by EPA method number 24), SoyGold® 1100 is ideal for use in low-VOC formulations. It can replace d-limonene in most applications and is highly compatible with many other solvents in formulations containing d-limonene, NMP, mineral spirits, and alcohols, with no harsh or strong odor.
SoyGold® 1100 is nontoxic and biodegradable, making it an eco-friendly solution for the environmental challenges of today's solvent users.
