ELAZTOBOND B8-3410
ELAZTOBOND™ B8-3410 is a resorcinol-free novolac resin that provides excellent adhesion of rubber to various substrates, including metal, rubber, steel, and textile cords.
ELAZTOBOND™ B8-3410 is a bio-based, resorcinol-free phenol-formaldehyde thermoplastic resin produced from renewable organic content. It is formulated to provide superior adhesion of rubber compounds to rubber and nonrubber substrates, including fibers, fabrics, steel, textile cords, and metals. ELAZTOBOND™ B8-3410 provides many advantages over traditional resorcinol-based systems, including lower mixing energy, better sustainability, and excellent adhesion. It offers safer, more efficient handling, compounding, and rubber vulcanization because it does not generate fumes and has low free monomer content while still achieving maximum performance.
