NanoProof® 3-001X
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-001X is a specially designed nano-coating formulation with 0.1% solids for electronics and printed circuit board (PCB) applications to improve anti-wetting and surface resistance to chemicals, corrosion, and moisture.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-001X is an advanced nano-coating solution formulated as part of Aculon's electronic coating series to provide enhanced moisture and environmental protection of electronic components. As an ultrathin coating with excellent hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, NanoProof® 3-001X effectively stops the bleed out and spread of epoxies, resins, and underfill materials, as well as prevents the penetration and damage of components from chemicals and moisture.
Aculon® NanoProof® 3-001X can be easily applied using spray, flow coat, brush, or dip applications and dries quickly, within five minutes, without the need for curing.
