Why has only part of my order shipped?

In the event stock is not available for all requested units, we may offer to split or partial your order. We will proactively reach out to you to advise in these situations. We may proactively split the shipments, if we have received previous authorization from a responsible party at your organization, allowing us to do so. In this case, we will advise of the status once the first part of your order is processed.
