Valirex® Co 21 Neo D60 is a 2-EHA-free Neodecanoate drier formulated for use in coating applications. It contains 21% cobalt metal in a D60 white spirit solvent base. It can also be used as a Rubber Adhesion Promoter, and as an industrial catalyst.
