PELESTAT NC6321 is a polymer-alloy type permanent anti-static agent for styrene resins developed by Sanyo Chemical using a compatibilization technique. Its unique blend of polymers ensures long-lasting electrostatic prevention with minimal effect on the physical and surface properties and moldability of the resin. With low dependence on humidity, this anti-static agent exhibits immediate static prevention after molding via injection (5%─15% wt) or extrusion (10%─25% wt), with very little change after contact with water. Due to its exceptional thermal stability, it also does not impair the heat resistance of resins, allowing them to be used in a range of applications, including electric appliances, floor materials, electronic parts, automobile interiors, and more.
