Overview
Nouryon nitrogen derivative cationic surfactants are based on alkyl groups ranging from C8 to C22. The primary include Armeen®, Duomeen®, Armid®, Arquad®, Armohib®, and Armac®.
With a wide spectrum of melting point, solubility, and cationic activity available, they can be used as chemical intermediates, essential processing aids, and ingredients in many formulations. Applications for these products range from mold release agents and lubricants to cosmetics and dye retardants.
