Tufel™ III 92656 is a two-series silicone rubber compound that offers a low compression set, excellent elastic memory, and high resistance with no postbake required for most applications.
Momentive Tufel™ III 92656 is a two-series, biocompatible silicone rubber compound. Tufel™ III 92656 and 92506 are two-component-series curable silicone elastomers with high resilience and low compression capabilities. Both Tufel™ III 92656 and 92506 are 50 and 65 durometers, respectively, which require no postbake for most applications. As a Momentive performance material, this combined silicone elastomer series provides longer service life for higher mechanical applications. Both 92656 and 92506 silicone elastomers are compatible with producers that utilize extruded or calendered manufacturing processes. These processes can benefit from excellent permanent set resistance, elastic memory, low compression set, and biocompatibility.
