ANDEROL® 500 is a high performance Synthetic Compressor Oil formulated from a high quality diester base oil. ANDEROL® 500 delivers long-term lubrication and extended surface protection by minimizing the formation of deposits or “gummy” residues.
ANDEROL® 500 synthetic compressor lubricant can also be utilized as a general-purpose rust & oxidation inhibited lubricant solution in compressors subject to severe temperature exposure between 5°F and 410°F.
ANDEROL® 500 compressor lubricant is suitable for use in a range of compressors & vacuum pumps when processing the following gases:
Air, Butadiene, Carbon Monoxide, Furnace Gas (Crack Gas), Carbon Dioxide (Dry), Ethylene, Helium, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Sulphide (Dry), Natural Gas, Methane, Nitrogen, Propane, Synthesis Gas, Sulphur Hexafluoride.

ANDEROL® 500 Oil can be used in a variety of lubrication requirements including but not limited to:
Synthetic Compressor Lubricant
Cylinder Lubrication
Crankcase Lubrication
Air compressors (reciprocating)
Process gas rotating equipment
Vacuum pumps
The following materials are recommended for use with ANDEROL® 500: Viton, High Nitrile Buna N, Teflon, Epoxy Paint, Oil-Resistant Alkyd, Nylon, Delrin, Celcon, and PBT.
The following materials are not recommended for use with ANDEROL® 500: Neoprene, SBR Rubber, Low Nitrile Buna N, Acrylic Paint, Lacquer, Polystyrene, PVC or ABS.
