Overview
BONDERITE® C-AK 305 is a specialized alkaline etching cleaner that helps to prepare metal substrates, allowing coatings and paints to effectively penetrate surfaces and enhance bonding in metal strip applications. Compatible with various substrates, this concentrated cleaning fluid can be used on aluminum, steel, hot-dip galvanized steel, and electro-galvanized steel surfaces. It provides a range of benefits, including low foaming, low sludge, and minimal scale characteristics. BONDERITE® C-AK 305 can be applied using liquid, spray, or immersion processing and has an operating temperature range of 100°F to 140°F
