Overview
Eastek™ 1400 is a water-based dispersion of a sulfopolyester resin with low odor and a Tg of 29°C. This dispersion consists of small, negatively charged agglomerations of polymer with good water reducibility that remain suspended in water without the need for dispersants or surfactants. The small particle agglomerate size of Eastek™ 1400 helps to form clear, glossy films rapidly. Eastek™ 1400 forms films that exhibit superior adhesion to packaging materials, including PET films, paper, metalized films, SBS boards, and aluminum surfaces.
