Eastman Benzoflex™ 9-88 SG non-phthalate plasticizer for various polyurethane applications provides improved tear strength and reduced swell with particular solvents. Benzoflex™ 9-88 SG is a non-phthalate plasticizer for cast urethane applications. This grade is a dipropylene glycol dibenzoate that offers lower cure interference and reduced loading rate as a plasticizer in polyurethane systems.
Eastman Benzoflex™ 9-88 SG is a non-phthalate plasticizer for use with cast urethanes. Special grade (SG) has a maximum hydroxyl number specification designed for use in polyurethane prepolymers. It offers excellent inert filler acceptance, generally provides wear characteristics, and lowers formulation costs for cast polyurethanes. Eastman Benzoflex™ 9-88 SG plasticizer provides minimum cure interference and is compatible with both ethers and esters. Benzoflex™ 9-88 SG is recommended as a plasticizer for polyurethane formulation uses, such as machine rolls, printing rolls, and more.
