Aculon 72DE Offset is a premium surface treatment technology from Aculon designed for its heavy-duty vapor degreasing and immersion cleaning capabilities. Aculon 72DE Offset provides faster cycle times, lower energy usage, and enhanced cleaning performance compared with other cleaning solutions, allowing for lower operational costs and efficient operating times.
Aculon 72DE Offset effectively removes oils, waxes, heavy greases, silicones, and nonpolar flux residues due to its high solvency and low surface tension. As an environmentally sustainable cleaner, Aculon 72DE Offset can be used to replace alternative ozone-depleting materials, such as CFCs, nPB, HCFCs, HFCs, and TCE, due to its low global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP). Aculon 72DE Offset is also compatible with a range of substrates, including metals, ceramics, and solvent-resistant plastics.
